## About the Role
We are looking for a highly dynamic and tech-savvy B2B Marketing & Sales Automation Professional to drive our inbound and outbound demand generation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with modern sales engagement platforms, LinkedIn outreach, lead generation tools, and AI-driven automation workflows.
This role is ideal for someone who understands how to combine technology, automation, AI, and strategic marketing to build scalable lead generation and customer acquisition engines for enterprise technology services and solutions.
## Key Responsibilities
### Inbound Marketing & Lead Generation
- Design and implement inbound lead generation campaigns across LinkedIn, email marketing, landing pages, webinars, and digital channels
- Build and optimise lead funnels for enterprise technology services and solutions
- Manage marketing automation workflows and nurture campaigns
- Coordinate with content, sales, and leadership teams to improve conversion rates
- Monitor campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI metrics
### Outbound Sales Automation
- Build and manage outbound prospecting campaigns targeting enterprise clients
- Setup automated lead generation and outreach workflows using:
- Apollo.io
- Snov.io
- Lusha
- CRM and email automation tools
- Develop account-based marketing (ABM) and outbound engagement strategies
- Build prospect lists, segmentation models, and personalised outreach campaigns
### AI & Automation
- Leverage AI tools including Claude and generative AI platforms to:
- Automate outreach
- Generate personalised content
- Create prospecting workflows
- Improve sales productivity
- Enhance marketing operations
- Implement workflow automation across CRM, outreach, reporting, and lead management systems
- Explore and implement modern AI-driven sales and marketing automation strategies
### CRM & Reporting
- Setup and maintain CRM workflows and pipeline management processes
- Track campaign analytics, lead quality, outreach performance, and conversion metrics
- Generate dashboards and executive reports for management
## Required Skills & Experience
- 3–7 years of experience in B2B marketing, sales automation, or growth marketing
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Apollo.io
- Snov.io
- Lusha
- CRM platforms
- Email outreach automation tools
- Experience using AI platforms such as Claude or ChatGPT for marketing and sales automation
- Strong understanding of outbound sales funnels and demand generation
- Experience in technology services, SaaS, cybersecurity, cloud, AI, or enterprise software industries preferred
- Good understanding of automation tools, integrations, APIs, and workflow platforms
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
## Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in IT services or enterprise technology sales
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or Zoho CRM
- Exposure to AI-driven marketing automation and no-code automation platforms
- Understanding of enterprise B2B buyer journeys
