We are looking for a skilled and driven Social Media Manager to join our growing marketing team immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and manage paid ad campaigns on Facebook & Instagram via Meta Ads Manager.
Run campaigns linked to website traffic, Whats App lead generation, and lead forms.
Manage and consistently grow our official social media pages on Facebook & Instagram.
'28; Conceptualise and produce unique, platform-native content tailored to our brand voice and audience.
Create and edit high-quality content using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Cap Cut.
Handle photography and videography for content creation using both professional camera equipment and mobile devices.
️ Record, host, and shoot podcasts — managing end-to-end production including setup, filming, and post-production.
Monitor campaign performance via Google Analytics and optimise for ROI, conversions, and engagement.
Track website visitor behaviour and refine ad targeting strategies accordingly.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure all campaigns align with business objectives.
Leverage AI tools (Chat GPT, Claude, Gemini) and AI video/content platforms (Veo, Seedance, Runway-style tools) to enhance content creation and campaign performance.
Stay updated on social media trends, platform algorithm changes, and emerging content formats.
'05; Requirements:
%B8; 1–2 years of proven experience in social media advertising and Meta Ads management.
%B8; Demonstrated ability to create unique, engaging, and original content for social media platforms.
%B8; Proficiency in video editing software like Da Vinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / Capcut etc.
%B8; Hands-on experience in photography and videography using both camera and mobile phone.
%B8; Able to do podcast production — recording, hosting, shooting, and editing.
%B8; Working knowledge of Google Analytics and campaign performance tracking.
%B8; Familiarity with AI-powered content and video generation tools.
%B8; Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
