Marketing Manager – Global Operations (Olymp Group)
We are seeking an exceptional, high-performance Marketing Manager to lead and execute Olymp Group’s global marketing strategy across student recruitment markets (UK, India, China, Europe, Africa).
This is a senior, hands-on role combining strategy, execution, and leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving measurable growth, elevating brand positioning, and producing premium marketing outputs.
- Reports directly to senior leadership
- Manages 1 Marketing Assistant
- Works closely with student recruitment, partnerships, and leadership teams
- Expected to operate across multiple international markets
- Highly strategic thinker with strong execution capability
- Creative with commercial awareness (marketing must convert, not just look good)
- Exceptionally organised and deadline-driven
- Obsessive attention to detail and brand quality
- Able to perform under pressure and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Proactive, solutions-driven, and results accountable
- Develop and execute a global marketing strategy aligned with recruitment targets
- Drive lead generation, brand awareness, and conversion rates
- Identify and scale high-performing channels (paid, organic, partnerships)
- Localise strategies for key markets (China, India, UK, EU, Africa)
- Oversee and produce high-end marketing materials, including:
- Video campaigns (short-form, cinematic, social media ads)
- Static ads (social, print, banners, exhibitions)
- Landing pages and campaign funnels
- Ensure all outputs reflect a premium, elite, international brand image
- Maintain consistency across all channels and campaigns
- Manage and optimise:
- Social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, RedNote, Douyin, WeChat)
- Paid advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads)
- Website and landing page performance
- Use analytics tools to track performance and continuously improve campaigns
- Work closely with CRM systems (Zoho CRM) to:
- Track lead journeys
- Improve conversion rates
- Align marketing with admissions pipeline
- Build and optimise lead funnels and automation workflows
- Manage and guide Marketing Assistant
- Delegate effectively while maintaining quality control
- Build scalable workflows and ensure efficient campaign delivery
- Elevate Olymp Group as a premium, trusted international education brand
- Ensure all messaging reflects:
- Credibility
- Compliance
- Student-first approach
- Maintain consistency across all markets and materials
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager (education sector preferred)
- Strong portfolio of:
- Video content
- Paid ad campaigns
- Brand campaigns
- Advanced proficiency in tools such as:
- Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- CapCut / Final Cut / DaVinci Resolve
- Canva (advanced level)
- Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads
- Strong understanding of:
- Performance marketing
- Social media growth strategies
- International student recruitment marketing
- Deliver measurable growth in leads and enrolments
- Maintain high-quality, premium marketing outputs
- Launch and manage multi-market campaigns effectively
- Continuously optimise based on data and performance metrics
- Experience in Chinese platforms (RedNote, Douyin, WeChat)
- Experience in Indian or African recruitment markets
- Understanding of student psychology and decision-making
- Ability to manage influencer and partnership campaigns
- Must be both strategic and hands-on
- Must be able to produce content personally (not just outsource)
- Must understand marketing as a revenue driver
- Must operate at a high standard consistently
