Role Overview
We’re seeking a Jr Visual Designer who can bring science to life visually — clean, modern, informative, and premium. The role focuses on designing social-first assets that are accurate, structured, and visually engaging.
Responsibilities
- Design social media creatives including : carousels, reels covers & motion-first layouts, static posts, stories
- Create visually clear, science-friendly layouts (data, diagrams, educational content)
- Develop and refine logos, brand marks, and visual systems when required
- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and pharma aesthetics
- Collaborate closely with: Social Media Manager (content intent & messaging) & client servicing teams (feedback & timelines)
- Adapt designs for multiple formats and platforms
- Maintain high accuracy when working with scientific or medical information
Requirements
- Strong expertise in: Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a plus), Canva (brand-safe, scalable templates)
- Experience designing carousels and reels-first content
- Strong layout sense, typography, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to design for clarity, credibility, and trust
