Job Description
Provide direction to sales team by developing, implementing and monitoring progress of the yearly and monthly sales plan Monitor competition and develop strategies to maximize market share Be the custodian of revenue performance of the city (Vertical) and also be responsible for yield maximization Identify, develop and implement strategies to drive new business opportunities with advertisers and agencies. Recommend pricing strategies / tactics for the city Ensure adherence to company policies in all revenue processes. Drive the team to achieve on-time payment collections.
People Management Monitor, coach and mentor team members in closing large value sales closures by meeting & building relationships with decision makers of key accounts Conceptualise and implement monetizable opportunities and motivate the team to sell the idea Identifying the right talent and investing time in developing them by frequent feedback on their performance INTERNAL STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT: Content Team, Finance, Scheduling, Corp Office etc. TECHNICAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATION REQUIRED : Post Graduate with 7-10 years of experience in Sales & Marketing from any Industry PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES: Efficient in fast-paced work environments Business growth mindset Risk Taker with a bias for action Data Oriented with an ability to understand trends & spot opportunities
