Role Purpose\n\nThe Director – Marketing, Branding & Communications is responsible for building, protecting, and amplifying the organization’s brand across markets while enabling revenue growth through high-impact marketing, compelling pursuits/proposals, and strategic internal and external communications.\n\nThis role acts as the custodian of the firm’s brand narrative, ensures consistency of messaging across geographies and service lines, and enables leadership with strong content, positioning, and communication frameworks. The role is pivotal in supporting business development, talent branding, and executive visibility.\n\nRoles & Responsibilities\n\nMarketing Strategy, Brand & Digital Presence:\nDefine and execute the firm’s marketing, brand, and digital strategy aligned to business goals.\nDevelop brand positioning, messaging architecture, and visual identity standards.\nEnsure consistent brand representation across all channels, geographies, and service lines.\nLead brand campaigns, thought leadership, and market visibility initiatives.\n\nWebsite Ownership & Management:\nOwn end-to-end strategy, content, structure, and governance of the corporate website.\nEnsure the website reflects current capabilities, case studies, leadership profiles, and brand messaging.\nDrive continuous improvement of user experience (UX), SEO, and content backlinking and relevance.\nCoordinate with internal teams and external agencies for design, updates, and performance optimization.\nTrack website analytics, traffic, and conversion metrics.\n\nSocial Media & Digital Channel Management:\nDefine and manage the organization’s social media strategy (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram,Twitter, YouTube, etc.).\nCreate and manage a structured content calendar aligned to brand, thought leadership, hiring brand, and business priorities.\nOversee content creation including posts, articles, videos, leadership bytes, and campaigns.\nMonitor engagement metrics and continuously improve digital reach and visibility.\nEnsure leadership profiling and brand storytelling through social platforms.\n\nExternal Communications & Market Presence:\nOwn corporate communications including PR, media releases, leadership articles, and industry representation content.\nDevelop executive communication packs, speeches, and thought leadership content.\nBuild and manage relationships with media partners, industry bodies, and external agencies.\n\nInternal Communications & Culture Messaging:\nDesign and run internal communication strategy to align employees with vision, growth, and culture.\nDevelop leadership messages, newsletters, townhall communication, and organizational updates.\nSupport change management communication during key organizational initiatives.\n\nProposal, Pursuit & Sales Enablement Content:\nLead the proposal and pursuit writing function for large deals and strategic opportunities.\nCreate high-quality pitch decks, credentials, case studies, and client presentations.\nStandardize proposal templates, content repositories, and win-story libraries.\nPartner with business and sales leaders to improve win ratios through compelling storytelling.\n\nContent Management & Knowledge Repository:\nOwn centralized content governance including case studies, credentials, thought leadership, and marketing collateral.\nEnsure content is current, relevant, and aligned with brand messaging.\nBuild a digital content library for easy access across teams.\n\nReporting, Metrics & Governance:\nDefine and track KPIs for marketing impact, brand visibility, website performance, digital reach, and proposal success rates.\nProvide monthly dashboards and insights to COO and leadership team.\nManage marketing budgets, vendor partnerships, and ROI tracking.\n\nTeam Leadership:\nBuild and lead a high-performing marketing and communications team.\nManage external agencies (design, digital, PR) for execution excellence.\nCreate scalable processes for content, communication, website, and proposal management.\n\nKey Deliverables\n\nUnified brand and messaging playbook.\nHigh-impact and current corporate website.\nStrong and consistent social media presence.\nBest-in-class proposals and pursuit material improving win rates.\nEngaged workforce through effective internal communications.\nCentralized and structured content repository.\nMeasurable marketing impact dashboard for leadership.\n\nSkills & Qualifications\n\n15+ years of experience in Marketing, Branding, Digital Presence, and Corporate Communications, preferably in professional services / consulting / GCC / ITES environments.\nStrong experience in website management, SEO, and social media strategy.\nExperience in proposal/pursuit writing and sales enablement content.\nExceptional written and verbal communication skills.\nExperience working closely with C-Suite and business leaders.\nAbility to translate complex services into compelling narratives.\nStrong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
