Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Care Executive based in Faridabad. The Customer Care Executive will handle customer inquiries, address customer concerns, ensure customer satisfaction, and provide professional and prompt service. The role involves effectively communicating with clients, resolving issues, and promoting the company's services to potential customers to support sales initiatives.
Qualifications

• Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Service, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Strong Communication skills to engage effectively with clients and team members
• Experience or skills in Sales and promoting services to potential customers
• Empathy, active listening, and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer skills is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or sales will be an advantage
