Job Description
US Compensation Analyst (Individual contributor role)\n\nResponsibilities • Conduct market pricing, benchmarking, and survey data analysis to\n\nevaluate competitiveness and ensure pay alignment.\n• Prepare compensation proposals, including salary adjustments,\nnew-hire offers, promotions, market corrections, and internal equity\nassessments.\n• Support the development and administration of retention bonus\nproposals and other incentive-based rewards.\n• Assist with annual compensation cycles (merit, bonus), including data\nvalidation, modeling, reporting, and stakeholder communication.\n• Manage and prioritize tickets, cases, and ensure timely, consistent,\nand accurate resolution.\n• Maintain documentation standards and ensure compliance with\ncompensation guidelines and approval workflows.\n• Generate, maintain, and deliver compensation reports using Excel\nand other reporting tools.\n• Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and business\nleaders to provide compensation guidance and decision support.\n• Build strong relationships with stakeholder groups, influencing\ndecisions through data-driven insights and clear communication.\n• Translate business requirements into compensation solutions, tools,\nor process improvements.\n• Communicate complex compensation concepts in a simplified, clear\nmanner through email, presentations, and verbal explanations.\n• Ensure employee-facing and manager-facing communication is\naccurate, audience-appropriate, and aligned to policy.\n• Apply sound judgment to recommend solutions, evaluate risks, and\nidentify opportunities for improvement.\n• Use advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas,\nVLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, modeling) for compensation analysis.\n\nRequirements\n\nGraduate in any field (Preferred field will be Accounting, Finance, Business\nAdministration, or a related)\n3 Years to 7 years of Compensation experience.\nProficiency in compensation software (e.g., Oracle, Service now, etc.) and Microsoft\nExcel.
