Should work in 24*7 support\n- Experience in implementation and configuration on protocols and wireless devices\n- Firmware/IOS upgrade of Switch/Router/Firewalls\n- Working closely with our various teams across the organization to ensure fast, smooth rollout of resolving issues.\n- Knowledge and understanding of DNS and DHCP\n- Troubleshoot on call on L1, L2, L3 issues.\n- Monitoring Tools: Solar winds. Good understanding on Lancope, wireshark\n- Investigate and diagnose Incidents, attempt to resolve them or escalate/refer them to appropriate team\n- Participate in daily/weekly/monthly status calls with clients.\n- Working on Issues on SDWAN an Any connect environment.\n\n15 years of Continuous Education.
