One of them is ours.\n\nWith $800M+ in B2B flows already processed and banking partnerships with DBS and Yes Bank, we're now scaling the corridors and use-cases that turn licensed infrastructure into a global business.\n\nWe enable global businesses and payment platforms to:\n\nCollect payments from India via UPI and local payment rails\nPay-in to India for global partners across key corridors\n\nAs India’s payment ecosystem opens up globally, EximPe is positioning itself as the bridge between global platforms and India’s rapidly growing digital economy.\n\nWe have raised $6Mn+ from Marquee Global VCs like Leo Capital, Beta Lab and Reputed Angels like Ashish Gupta, Kunal Shah, Ankit Nagori and Sairee Chahal\n\nRole: Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR)\n\nThe opportunity to capture multi-billion-dollar payment flows in this space lies in what doesn't yet exist: corridor-specific use cases and partnerships that turn the licensed flows into a global business.\nThat's what this role builds.\n\nWe are hiring a small team of high-agency operators to build and scale new global payment use cases from scratch.\n\nEach EIR will function as a business owner, responsible for identifying, building, and scaling a specific cross-border flow – digital goods, enterprise mandates, etc. – into a meaningful revenue line.\n\nYou'll have direct access to the founder and core team, a live licence, and real banking infrastructure. The rest, you build.\n\nIf you've been waiting for the right moment to go zero-to-one on something that matters, this is it.\n\nWhat you'll need\nEarly career professionals with not more than 5 years of overall experience\n2–5 years of experience in GTM, growth, strategy or sales at a high-growth startup, fintech, trading company, or consulting firm.\nTrack record of closing deals and managing relationships across geographies and cultures is a strong predictor of success in this role.\nStrong analytical and structured thinking with a bias for execution\nComfortable operating in ambiguity without a playbook\n\nWhat You’ll Do\nIdentify high-potential cross-border payment opportunities across global markets\nOwn the full lifecycle: market mapping to strategy to partnerships to execution to revenue\nBuild and manage relationships with global platforms and ecosystem partners\nRepresent EximPe at global events, conferences, and industry forums\nDevelop corridor-specific (India to Asia, GCC, Europe, US) programs and own them\nDrive deal-making and partnership closures with key stakeholders\nTranslate market insights into product, pricing, and infrastructure inputs\nBuild and optimise AI-assisted GTM workflows for research, targeting, and outreach\n\nWhat you get\nEquity, fixed compensation, and performance upside are tied to the revenue you generate\nOwnership of a global payment corridor or use cases from the earliest stages\nDirect access to the founder and core decision-makers\nExposure to international markets, partners, and regulatory ecosystems\nFast-track path to leadership and vertical ownership within EximPe
