Role Description

We are seeking a Customer Onboarding Executive for a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. This individual will be responsible for guiding customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience. Daily responsibilities include addressing customer queries, assisting with service setup, providing guidance on product usage, and fostering long-term customer relationships. The role also involves resolving potential issues promptly and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Customer Support Excellent Communication skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs Analytical Skills to identify and address potential issues or process improvements Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team to achieve customer success Experience in a field role or customer onboarding is preferred Educational background in business, communications, or a related field is a plus Familiarity with subscription-based service models or climate tech is advantageous

Responsibilities

Visit assigned customer locations as per the scheduled tasks and ensure timely service delivery. Assist customers with downloading, registering, and setting up the mobile application. Provide a clear and concise demonstration of the application, including all key features and daily usage. Ensure customers are comfortable using the application independently before completing the visit. Act as a professional representative of the company during all customer interactions. Maintain records of completed visits, customer feedback, and any technical or usability concerns. Report issues and feedback to the relevant internal teams for continuous improvement. Carry out any additional responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.

Requirements

Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a personal motorcycle is mandatory. Strong interpersonal skills with fluency in English and Hindi (both preferred). Open to frequent travel across multiple customer locations as per business requirements. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment with tight timelines and evolving priorities.

Salary: 1.5 to 3.5 lacs PA
