The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in consulting/staffing environments , strong team management skills , and the ability to drive recruitment delivery for client accounts .\n\nROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES\nClient Coordination & Stakeholder Management\nPartner with clients to understand hiring requirements, role expectations, and market dynamics .\nAct as a trusted advisor to clients on talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and hiring strategies.\nDrive regular client engagement, hiring updates, and delivery reviews .\nServe as a key liaison between client-facing RPO teams and backend delivery teams to ensure timely and effective fulfilment of client hiring requirements.\nRecruitment Delivery\nManage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including requirement gathering, sourcing strategy, screening, interview coordination, and offer closure.\nHire for mid to senior level roles across major functions such as Engineering & Manufacturing\nEnsure quality pipeline generation through multiple sourcing channels such as Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and market mapping.\nTeam Leadership & Market Intelligence\nLead and mentor a team of recruiters / consultants.\nMonitor team performance, delivery metrics, and productivity.\nProvide guidance on search strategy, candidate assessment, and client communication.\nTrack industry hiring trends, talent availability, and competitor hiring patterns.\nProvide insights to clients on talent mapping, compensation trends, and talent movement.\n\nPre-Requisites\n10–12 years of experience in Non-IT Recruitment , specifically within the Manufacturing / Engineering domain .\nExperience working in a recruitment consulting / staffing environment .\nProven experience in team handling and account management .\nStrong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle .
