Ecommerce Specialist
Job Description
Key Responsibilities: %CF; Manage 1–2 key e-commerce and q-commerce accounts (e.g., Flipkart, Nykaa, Purplle, Tira, Zepto, etc.) – ensuring strong revenue growth and account hygiene. %CF; Build and maintain strong working relationships with category teams on partner platforms. %CF; Track and optimize sales performance, pricing, promotions, and listings.
%CF; Lead execution of joint business plans, marketing initiatives, and new product launches for managed accounts. %CF; Develop and execute account growth strategies aligned with brand and sales goals %CF; Plan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and others. Requirements: %CF; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related fi eld (MBA preferred).
%CF; Minimum 3 years of experience in Key Account Management, Corporate Sales, or Client Relationship roles. %CF; Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing large accounts. %CF; Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
%CF; Strong problem-solving ability and customer-centric mindset. %CF; Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple client relationships.
