  • Ensure high product availability and minimal stock-outs
  • Maintain VM standards and attractive product displays
  • Deliver excellent customer experience and increase repeat customers
  • Reduce shrinkage and maintain stock accuracy

  • 4–8 years of retail experience (preferably furniture/home retail)

  • Data-driven approach to tracking sales and performance
  • High energy and customer-first mindset
