This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager based in Surat. The Human Resources Manager will oversee recruitment, employee relations, training, and development programs. Responsibilities include developing and executing HR strategies, managing performance evaluations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The role will also involve collaborating with department heads to support organizational goals and employee engagement.

• Experience in Training and Development and Performance Management
• Knowledge of labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR policies
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
• Time management, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS software
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in HR management or leadership roles is preferred
