Role: Linux Admin\nLocation: Pune,chennai,Bangalore\nExp: 5-8 yrs\nMode of interview : Virtual\nMust Have Skills:\nExpert in RedHat Linux 6.X,7.X &8.X and above administration including Installation, Configurations and troubleshooting.\nHandle Linux upgrades, patching, compliance and securing requirements. ü Good experience in handling VMWare and Cisco UCS platforms.\nIn depth knowledge of the performance troubleshooting and fine tuning on Linux.\nGood understanding of storage configurations and storage migrations. ü Good understanding of ITIL processes like Incident Management, Change Management and Problem Management.\nStrong Knowledge on Cisco UCS platform.\nAdded advantage if candidate has scripting knowledge in Shell or Perl.\nGood communication and interpersonal skills.\nPrior experience in managing clients and client environments.\nAny technical certifications like RHCE, RHCSA.\nShould be able to display technical lead capabilities and provide solutions to complex problems to the client.\nMinimum 6-10 years’ experience\nGood to have:\nExcellent written verbal and presentation skills.\nFlexible to work in shifts.\nWell organized with ability to multi-task and work with minimum supervision with quick learning skills.\nStrong interpersonal and negotiation skills.\nPlanning the installation of Linux Server according to the requirement.\nExperience on Logical Volume Management on Linux.\nMonitoring the system performance for optimizing CPU utilization.\nCreating the Partitions and Format Partitions.\nJob Scheduling through the AT and Crontab.\nConfiguring and troubleshooting the problems with FTP and NFS servers.\nConfiguring the network services like DNS, DHCP, Apache, samba and NIS.\nInstalling and Configuration of Samba Server.
