We’re currently looking for:\nWe are looking for a certified and experienced Salesforce professional who will act as our organization’s Salesforce Compliance Specialist ensuring that we are in compliance with existing (and possibly new) industry’s laws and regulations such as SOX Compliance, GDPR, EU Data Privacy and many more. With this role, you are expected to examine practices, processes and policies and identify areas of non-compliance and provide suggestions or recommendations on how to make necessary modifications.\nYou are also expected to support the development and implementation of any compliance programs/projects, policies and practices of the organization.

You will also be responsible for monitoring all activities associated with these rules and expected to provide immediate and onsite support to issues arising from these implementations.\nPart of your role is to keep yourself abreast of emerging industry practices when solving business problems as this job requires creative thinking beyond the boundaries of current industry practices and stakeholder mindset.\n\nResponsibilities:\nTo be selected for this role you are expected to have extensive experience in handling these configuration areas in Salesforce:\nRoles and Profiles\nPermission Sets\nSharing Rules, Groups and Queues\nUser Management, Provisioning and Deprovisioning\nDeployments and Implementations\nAutomations\nApplications (Managed package, Connected Apps)\n\nIn order to succeed in this role, you must:\nBe able to identify critical issues with ease\nBe able to quickly understand the functional and data requirements of our internal clients\nReview requirements, provide recommendations related to proposed solutions\nDevelop functional specifications and system design specifications for client engagements\nDetail oriented and organized\n\nRequirements:\nFamiliarity with User Access Review process for Salesforce\nMust possess at least a bachelor’s degree on IT or any similar field\nAt least 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce admin professional\nResiding in Bengaluru\nAmenable to work on US Eastern time.\n\nNice-to-have:\nExperience with Salesforce Archiving tool\nExperience with with Atlassian Suite, in particular Jira and Confluence\nExperience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab)\n\nWhat we offer:\nMediclaim benefits\nPaid holidays\nCasual/Sick leave\nPrivilege leave\nBereavement leave\nMaternity & Paternity leave\nWellness programs & coaching\nEmployee referral bonus\nProfessional development allowances\nNight shift allowances\n\nRingCentral’s Engineering team works on high-complexity projects that set the standard for performance and reliability at massive scale.
