About the Role
We are looking for a hungry and confident sales person who can meet clinics in person, build trust quickly, explain value clearly, and convert leads into paying customers. This is a field-sales-heavy role and is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, handling objections, and closing deals.
This is not a desk job. We want someone who is energetic, persistent, and serious about results.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit clinics, doctors, and healthcare businesses in person
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, calls, and follow-ups
- Pitch our solution clearly and confidently to decision-makers
- Build strong relationships with doctors, clinic staff, and owners
- Handle objections and push deals forward
- Follow up consistently with interested prospects
- Maintain records of meetings, leads, and conversions
- Coordinate with the internal team during onboarding and implementation
- Share market feedback, competitor insights, and customer pain points
Requirements
- Strong communication skills in Hindi; English is a plus
- Confident in talking to doctors, clinic owners, and staff
- Comfortable with field sales and daily travel
- Good at persuasion, follow-up, and relationship building
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Prior sales experience is a plus, especially in healthcare, field sales, or B2B sales
