Key responsibilities include managing customer interactions in-store, handling client concerns effectively, gathering feedback, and collaborating with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kunnamkulam, Kerala, requiring active engagement with customers and staff.\n\nQualifications\nStrong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients\nFamiliarity with Client Relations, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service practices\nExcellent Communication skills, including verbal and written proficiency\nProactive approach to problem-solving and maintaining client-centric solutions\nAbility to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment\nPrior experience in retail, especially luxury or jewellery, is an added advantage\nBasic proficiency in computer systems and customer management software\nMANDATORY: Prior experience in the hotel industry and customer/ service centric roles\nBasic computer and CRM proficiency\nOnly hotel industry experienced candidates apply.
