Job Description
Key Responsibilities 1. Financial Control, Governance & Scale Readiness Lead end-to-end finance operations including accounting, audits, taxation, and compliance. Develop timely and accurate monthly and annual financial statements Build institutional-grade financial controls and governance frameworks aligned with Management and PE expectations.
Ensure readiness for due diligence, audits, and potential IPO/exit scenarios . 2. Business Finance & Value Creation Act as a strategic finance partner to the Management.
Monitor center-level profitability, test economics, and cost optimization . Identify levers for EBITDA expansion and operating efficiency . 3.
MIS, Dashboards & Performance Tracking Develop high-quality MIS and dashboards with monthly cadence. Develop and track business performance KPIs 4. Budgeting, Forecasting & Strategic Planning Lead annual and 3/5 years operating plan (AOP and Business Plan).
Build robust financial models for: New center rollouts Hub-and-spoke expansion M&A / tuck-in acquisitions 5. Treasury, Cash Flow & Capital Efficiency Drive tight control over cash flows and working capital cycles . Optimize receivables (insurance, B2B clients) and vendor payments.
Manage banking relationships, debt and liquidity planning. Support capital allocation decisions to maximize IRR. 6.
Investor Relations & Board Engagement Prepare board decks, investor updates, and performance reports . Support fundraising, refinancing, and exit readiness processes. Lead financial due diligence for investors, lenders, or acquirers.
7. M&A, Expansion & Strategic Initiatives Evaluate acquisition targets, partnerships, and franchise models. Lead financial due diligence, valuation, and integration planning.
8. Data, Systems & Automation Drive optimization of ERP and BI tools . Build data-driven finance capabilities for real-time decision-making.
Improve reporting automation and reduce manual dependencies. 9. Team Leadership & Capability Building Build a high-caliber finance team aligned with growth ambitions.
Introduce performance metrics, ownership, and accountability. Mentor future leaders within the finance function. Key Requirements Education & Experience Chartered Accountant (CA) with age less than 45 years preferred.
Tamil speaking preferred. 12-18 years of experience, having prior experience with: Preference - Healthcare, diagnostics, pharma or multi-site retail businesses 6 days work week. Proven experience in investor reporting, MIS, and business finance .
Exposure to fundraising, M&A, or exit processes is desirable. Skills & Competencies Strong grip on financial controls sharp business acumen . Ability to operate in a high-growth, performance-driven environment .
Advanced skills in financial modelling, analytics, and storytelling with data . Strong stakeholder management (management, Board, PE investor). High ownership mindset with execution bias.
