Master Data Management Architect/Modeler\n\nExperience: 10–12 Years\nDomain: Global Payments / Financial Services / Customer Master Data Platform\nRole Overview\nThe Senior MDM Architect / Data Modeler will partner closely with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and Business stakeholders to design and implement a scalable enterprise Customer Master platform. The role requires deep expertise in MDM architecture, canonical data modeling, hierarchy management, entity relationships, and integration frameworks that support advanced entity resolution, golden record generation, and customer analytics initiatives.\nThe ideal candidate must be technically strong, capable of independently defining enterprise-grade data architecture, and experienced in delivering complex MDM implementations in large-scale environments.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience\nMandatory Experience\n10–12 years of experience in Data Architecture, Data Modeling, and Enterprise Data Management.\nMinimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Master Data Management (MDM) implementations.\nProven experience designing enterprise Customer Master / Party Master solutions.\nStrong experience independently defining enterprise data architecture for complex distributed systems.\nExperience in Financial Services, Payments, Banking, or highly regulated environments.\n\nPreferred Skills\nFamiliarity with Python-based data processing ecosystems:\nPandas\nNumPy\nPySpark\nUnderstanding of ML-driven data matching workflows and feature engineering concepts.\nExposure to graph databases and customer relationship graph architectures.\nExperience supporting analytics and AI/ML initiatives using mastered customer data.\n\nKey Competencies\nEnterprise Data Architecture\nMDM Solution Design\nCustomer 360 / Golden Record\nEntity Resolution Architecture\nData Governance & Stewardship\nData Quality Management\nRelationship & Hierarchy Modeling\nCross-functional Collaboration\nTechnical Leadership\nProblem Solving & Analytical Thinking
