Youtube Growth - Intern

Expected Responsibilities: Analyze YouTube videos and evaluate content performance Identify strengths, weak points, and opportunities for improvement in video content Suggest high-performing title, thumbnail, and description ideas to improve CTR Recommend content structure changes to enhance audience retention and engagement Identify key moments from long-form videos that can be repurposed into Shorts Create and suggest growth strategies for YouTube channels Research audience behavior, content trends, and competitor channels Support in building content calendars and channel growth initiatives Monitor channel performance metrics and provide actionable insights Suggest improvements across titles, descriptions, playlists, and thumbnails Expected Skills: Strong understanding of YouTube ecosystem, trends, and audience behavior Knowledge of YouTube metrics such as CTR, retention, watch time, and subscriber growth Basic understanding of video packaging (titles, thumbnails, descriptions) Strong analytical and observational skills Ability to identify content gaps and suggest practical improvements Understanding of content hooks, storytelling, and audience retention techniques Familiarity with YouTube Shorts and short-form content strategy Strong communication and presentation skills Attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset Basic understanding of finance/trading content is an added advantage Interest in content creation, digital marketing, or social media growth Experience with YouTube Studio or analytics tools is preferred Knowledge of editing tools like Canva, Premiere Pro, or similar tools is a plus Location: Goregaon West, Mumbai ( Preference will be given to candidates residing in Mumbai’s Western suburbs).
