What You’ll Own: '14; End-to-end inventory management (Stock accuracy, Ageing, DOH, Stock Health) '14; Shrinkage control — loss identification, SOP implementation, audits & corrective actions '14; Complete dark store operations — inbound, putaway, picking, dispatch, returns & reconciliation '14; KPI ownership: Fill Rate, Inventory Accuracy, Shrink %, Productivity & SLA adherence '14; Manpower planning — rostering, productivity tracking & performance management '14; Escalation handling — inventory mismatches, operational disruptions, manpower gaps '14; Process compliance, safety & operational excellence across shifts '14; Training & capability building for scalable execution '14; Data-driven bottleneck identification & continuous improvement Who We’re Looking For: 1–5 yrs in Warehouse / Dark Store / Retail / E-commerce Ops Strong knowledge of Cycle Count, Inventory Audits, Shrinkage Team handling experience Ideal Background: Professionals currently working in: Quick Commerce E-commerce Fulfillment Centers Dark Stores Retail Supply Chain 3PL & Logistics Operations Last Mile Operations If you’re managing high-velocity inventory environments and driving operational KPIs daily we want to connect.
