Job Description
Role: Command Center Support\n\nLocation: Hyderabad\n\nExp: 5-10 yrs\n\nMode of interview : Virtual\n\nMust Have Skills:\n\n- 24×7 Command Center / NOC / Operations Center support experience\n- Strong knowledge of ITIL processes – Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management\n- Hands‑on experience with monitoring tools (e.g., AppDynamics, Splunk, Dynatrace, SolarWinds, Netbrain, Nagios, SCOM, Grafana)\n- Experience working with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools for ticket logging, tracking, and escalation\n- Ability to perform initial triage, impact analysis, and priority assessment\n- Good understanding of application, infrastructure, database, and network alerts\n- Experience in shift-based operations, including weekends and night shifts\n- Strong verbal and written communication skills\n- Exposure to banking/financial services environments is an advantage\n\nKey Responsibilities*:\n\n- Monitor applications, infrastructure, and batch jobs using enterprise monitoring tools\n- Acknowledge, log, and classify incidents within defined SLAs\n- Perform Level‑1 troubleshooting and escalate to appropriate L2/L3 teams\n- Coordinate Major Incident Management (MIM) calls and communication bridges\n- Ensure timely updates to stakeholders and business users\n- Track incident lifecycle to closure and validate resolution
