Salesforce Project Manager

The Project Manager will be responsible for owning assigned projects from concept to completion. Strong attention to detail, robust communication skills and a high level of professionalism are required.\n\n• Manage multiple concurrent projects that require coordination with multiple cross-functional stakeholders and teams\n\n• Lead and manage large-scale projects from planning, development, launch, socialization and adoption\n\n• Track, escalate and mitigate projects risks and issues as appropriate\n\n• Work with the key team members and leadership to prioritize tasks using internal tools\n\n• Own and manage project plans and provide regular communications to management and stakeholders on projects status, risks, dependencies etc.\n\n• Host and lead regular project meetings with respective stakeholders\n\nSkills\n\n• Bachelor's degree required\n\n• Training in Agile Methodology Master's Degree\n\n• A minimum of five years' experience in Project Management\n\n• Self-Starter\n\n• Ability to operate independently with little direction\n\n• Proven stakeholder management skills including managing multiple stakeholders simultaneously\n\n• Experience initiating, growing and completing large complex projects\n\n• Effective written and oral communication skill\n\n• Experience with Excel, Visualization tools like Tableau and collaboration tools
