IICS Support Eng\n\nIICS Support Eng (BLR/HYD) 5+years\n\nJob Description & Summary:\n\n• Design, develop, test, and deploy complex data integration mapping tasks, task flows, and synchronization tasks using IICS/IDMC and Informatica PowerCenter.\n\n• Utilize advanced transformations within IICS to extract, transform, and load data from diverse sources (Oracle, SQL Server, Snowflake, REST APIs).\n\n• Develop and maintain API-based integrations using IICS Cloud Application Integration (CAI).\n\n• Create technical design documents, source-to-target mapping documents, and unit test cases.\n\n• Provide production support for IICS processes, troubleshooting job failures, and performing root cause analysis.\n\n• Optimize and tune Informatica IICS mappings and SQL queries for better performance and efficiency.\n\n• Monitor daily production loads, maintain data quality, and handle on-call support as needed.\n\n• Manage code migrations between environments (Dev, QA, Prod) using IICS deployment tools.\n\nMandatory skill sets:\n\n- Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in IICS Cloud Data Integration (CDI) and Informatica PowerCenter.\n- SQL Expertise: Advanced knowledge of SQL for querying and managing databases.\n- Database Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and performance tuning within RDBMS (Oracle, Snowflake).\n- Data Modelling: Good understanding of data warehousing concepts (Data Modeling, SCD Type II, Facts & Dimensions).\n- Scripting: Experience in UNIX shell scripting for automation.
