The role requires sharp attention to detail, proactive client communication, and the ability to oversee all aspects of content planning, quality control, deployment, and performance reporting. The ideal candidate will serve as a bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring timely execution and consistent quality across all deliverables.\n\nEligibility Criteria:\nBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or\nequivalent experience.\nProven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role, with a\nstrong portfolio of successful social media campaigns.\nIn-depth knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.\nStrong analytical skills with experience using social media analytics tools\n(e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).\nExcellent communication, writing, and editing skills.\nAbility to create and manage engaging content across various platforms.\nExperience with social media advertising and budget management.\n\nPreferred Skills:\nExperience in influencer marketing and partnership management.\nKnowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects\nsimultaneously.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nSocial Media Operations: Oversee the complete process of briefing, ideation, QC, and deployment of organic content.\nContent Quality Control: Ensure all content meets brand guidelines and quality standards before deployment.\nClient & Internal Coordination: Act as the main point of contact for clients while collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely execution.\nContent Ideation & Planning: Work with creative teams to conceptualize engaging campaign ideas and strategies for different markets.\nDeployment & Monitoring: Cross-check scheduled posts across platforms and ensure error-free publishing.\nReporting & Analysis: Generate detailed performance reports for social media activities, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights.\nTeam Supervision: Oversee and align activities across design, content, and strategy teams to ensure smooth workflow.\nMarket Analysis: Monitor social media performance across regions/markets, analyze data, and recommend optimization strategies.
