Interview mode : Weekend Walkin drive (Face to Face )\n\nDate : 06-May-26 ( Saturday )\n\nRole : Service Desk QA\n\nExperience : 5 to 10 years\n\nLocation : Bangalore\n\nDesired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)\n\n- Good experience using Performance Test tool LoadRunner and understanding of APM tools like AppDynamics/Dynatrace/New Relic, etc.\n- · Good hands-on experience in Web-HTTP, Java Vuser, Webservice protocol.\n- · Should have ability to work independently in Requirement analysis, designing, execution & result analysis phase.\n- · Develop customized codes in Java & C language for optimizing and enhancing VuGen scripts.\n- · Analyze test results and coordinate with development teams for issue triaging & bug fixes.\n- · Good understanding of different OS internals, file systems, disk/storage, networking protocols and other latest technologies like Cloud infra.· Monitor/extract production performance statistics and apply the same model in the test environments with higher load to uncover performance issues.\n- · Must have experience in monitoring DB and highlight performance issues.\n- · Good to have experience working on Finance – Banking domain projects.\n- Technical Skills· LoadRunner -HTTP/HTML/Webservices protocol/Java Protocol, .\n- Monitoring Tools: AppDynamics/ Dynatrace/ CloudWatch/ Splunk/ Kibana/ Grafana/ Datadog\n- · Database – SQL or Mongo\n- · Unix basics\n- · Good understanding of cloud concepts – AWS/Azure
