Lead Generation Manager – Insurance - Kannada Fluency Mandatory
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Lead Generation Manager to generate corporate business leads for our insurance vertical. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential corporate clients, building strong business connections, and supporting the sales team with quality leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify corporate insurance business leads
- Develop business relationships with companies and decision-makers
- Coordinate with sales teams for lead conversion
- Conduct outbound calls, follow-ups, and client meetings
- Maintain lead data and regular reporting
Requirements:
- Fluency in KANNADA is mandatory
- Good communication and networking skills
- Experience in lead generation, corporate sales, or insurance sales preferred
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
