About the Role:
- Plan, execute, and optimize user acquisition and retention campaigns across MoEngage, Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Create and manage lifecycle journeys including onboarding, activation, retention, win-back, and engagement campaigns.
- Build audience cohorts, segmentation logic, funnels, and event-based automation in MoEngage.
- Execute performance marketing campaigns across Meta and Google for app installs, leads, conversions, and remarketing.
- Monitor campaign KPIs including CPI, CAC, ROAS, retention, CTR, CVR, and engagement metrics.
- Coordinate with product, tech, analytics, and design teams for campaign execution and tracking implementation.
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, copies, audience targeting, landing pages, and communication journeys.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for scale and optimization.
- Ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and reporting across platforms.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Growth Marketing, CRM Marketing, or Performance Marketing.
- Hands-on execution experience on:
- MoEngage
- Meta Ads Manager
- Google Ads
- Strong understanding of:
- User acquisition funnels
- Retention and engagement strategies
- Attribution and analytics
- Prior experience in fintech, consumer tech, or app-first businesses is a plus.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of attribution platforms like AppsFlyer
- Familiarity with push notifications, WhatsApp, email, and in-app communication strategies
- Understanding of cohort analysis and growth experimentation
- Experience working with app events, SDK tracking, and marketing automation
