- Experience in Loan Servicing and knowledge of loans-related processes
- Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on client satisfaction

- Basic understanding of Finance and lending practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is preferred
