As an AI Product Manager, you won’t just improve UX flows you’ll work at the intersection of AI models, real-world user behaviour, and product experience. Your work will directly influence how AI performs in the real world by improving the quality of inputs, user journeys, and system outcomes.

What you’ll own
The end-to-end customer journey across onboarding, image/video capture, upload, and inspection success
Core metrics like activation, inspection success rate, AI accuracy (via better inputs), conversion, and retention
Improving how users interact with AI-driven inspection workflows
This is a high-ownership role where you will directly impact both product experience and AI outcomes.
What you’ll do
Improve AI-Driven User Journeys
Identify drop-offs, poor-quality inputs, and failure points in capture flows
Redesign experiences to ensure high-quality data capture for AI models
Work on flows involving image/video capture, guidance (stencils), and validation
Drive Product Decisions with Data
Define and track key metrics across user journey and AI performance
Build dashboards to monitor product and model outcomes
Run experiments (A/B tests, feature iterations) to improve conversion and success rates
Ship Fast & Iterate
Work closely with design and engineering to ship improvements quickly
Translate insights into clear PRDs and execution plans
Continuously iterate on a live, global product used by enterprise customers
Work Across Teams
Collaborate with AI/ML teams to understand model limitations and improve inputs
Work with customer-facing teams to incorporate real-world feedback
Bridge the gap between AI capabilities and user experience
What we’re looking for
4–8 years of experience as a PM on a customer-facing product (B2 B or B2 C)
Strong experience improving user journeys, funnels, and conversion
Hands-on experience with product analytics and experimentation
Ability to connect product changes to business and AI outcomes
Strong understanding of UX and user behaviour
Bonus points
Experience working on AI/ML-driven products
Exposure to image, video, or mobile capture workflows
Experience in growth, onboarding, or activation optimization
Background in B2 B Saa S or workflow-heavy products
Experience in fast-moving / early-stage environments
