Greetings from TCS!!\nTCS is hiring for Salesforce Technical Project Manager\nExp: 9 to 12 years\nLocation: Hyderabad\n\nMust Have Technical/Functional Skills\n\nSalesforce & Technical Skills\n\nStrong hands on understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud, including:\nService Console, Omni Channel, CTI, Knowledge\nCase lifecycle management, entitlements, SLAs\nDeclarative automation (Flows, Validation Rules)\nSolid knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.\nExperience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms).\nFamiliarity with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC) sufficient for design and review (not necessarily hands on coding).\nProgram Management Experience\n\n10+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years leading large Salesforce or CRM programs.\nProven experience managing enterprise scale Salesforce implementations.\nStrong experience with Agile / SAFe / Scrum and traditional governance models.\nExperience delivering programs under fixed price and managed services models.\nLeadership & Communication\nExcellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.\nStrong ability to bridge business and technical teams.\nExperience leading geographically distributed teams.\nHigh degree of ownership, accountability, and decision making capability.\nPreferred Qualifications\nSalesforce certifications (Service Cloud Consultant, Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Architect).\nProgram/Project Management certifications (PMP, SAFe, Scrum Master).\nExperience in regulated industries (Healthcare, Life Sciences).\nExperience working with North American enterprise clients.
