Loan Representative

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Loan Representative based in Bhubaneswar. The Loan Representative will be responsible for assisting customers with loan inquiries, processing loan applications, and providing excellent service throughout the loan lifecycle. Responsibilities include assessing creditworthiness, explaining loan terms, resolving customer issues, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Qualifications Experience in Loan Servicing and understanding of Loans Strong Customer Service and interpersonal communication skills Proficiency in Analytical Skills and problem-solving abilities Knowledge of Finance principles and financial documents Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and regulatory compliance Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred Prior experience in a financial or customer-facing role is a plus
