What You'll do Support growth across Meta & Google Help launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns as per the allocated budgets and drive/own outcomes Work closely with founders and creative team on ad creatives and testing Assist with experimentation across hooks, creatives, landing pages, and offers Use AI tools/LLMs to improve research, creative ideation, reporting and analysis, workflow efficiency Stay updated on platform changes Qualifications 2-4 years of experience in performance marketing (preferable if you have worked previously in a D2C brand) Proficiency in Paid Advertising and Campaign Management, including platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other performance marketing tools Strong skills in Analytics, Data Interpretation, and Conversion Rate Optimization to evaluate campaign performance and improve results Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Consumer Segmentation, and Audience Targeting strategies Creative problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a data-oriented mindset Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of projects Bonus if you have: Shopify/CRO understanding Familiarity with AI tools/workflows Beauty/skincare/wellness experience Amazon Ads exposure How to Apply: To apply, send us a concise response ( max 2 pages or 5 slides ) answering the following to with the subject line - Performance Magic: Scenario A skincare product has strong CTRs on Meta, but CAC has worsened over the last 45 days despite stable spend.
