About the Role
The Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving sales by combining technical expertise with strong customer relationship management skills. This role requires understanding customer needs, providing suitable technical solutions, and ensuring revenue growth through effective product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations.
Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Business Development: Identifying new business opportunities and clients in sectors like Industries, Infrastructure, Real estate, and Building (Commercial or Resd.)
Technical Proposal & Costing: Reviewing client requirements, drawings, and specifications to prepare detailed technical offers, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and project cost estimates.
Customer Interaction & Consultative Selling: Meeting with end users, contractors, Panel builders and clients to provide technical solutions and demonstrate how panels/switchgear meet their needs.
Channel Partner Handling: Regular monitoring of the performance of assigned CP & building collaborative, trust-based partnerships with shared goals, which encourages higher commitment and performance. Sharing of enquiry, payment collection, timely delivery, etc.
Market Analysis & Reporting: Tracking competitor activities, market trends, and submitting regular sales reports to management. Team worker & hard & Smart working.

B. Tech /B. E -Electrical
Required Skills
A Sales Manager having knowledge & experience of minimum 5 years in LT/HT Panels, Switchgear, FDP’s, Control Panels, Automation, Drives, PLCs, which bridges the gap between technical design and business development. They are responsible for generating leads, preparing technical proposals based on client requirements, such as electrical schematics and specifications and ensuring customer satisfaction through technical support. Especially those who have experience in sales, looking after Industry or Buildings or OEMs.
