Brand Manager
Job Description
Role Overview: We are looking for a Category/Brand Manager who will own the end-to-end performance of assigned product categories. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and execution excellence across product, pricing, inventory, and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Category Strategy & Growth
%CF; Own P&L for the category and drive revenue, margins, and growth
%CF; Define category roadmap, assortment mix, and expansion opportunities
%CF; Identify trends, gaps, and new product opportunities
2. Product & Merchandising
%CF; Work closely with product/design teams on new launches and improvements
%CF; Manage product lifecycle, pricing, and positioning
%CF; Ensure strong product listings and content across platforms
3. Demand Planning & Inventory
%CF; Forecast demand and ensure optimal inventory levels
%CF; Work with supply chain to avoid stockouts or overstocking
%CF; Monitor sell-through and take corrective actions
4. Performance & Analytics
%CF; Track key metrics (sales, conversion, AOV, margins, etc.)
%CF; Derive insights and take data-backed decisions to improve performance
5. Cross-functional Collaboration
%CF; Partner with marketing for campaigns, launches, and promotions
%CF; Work with operations, finance, and marketplace teams to ensure seamless execution
Requirements :
%CF; Min 3 years of experience in category management, merchandising, or e-commerce
%CF; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
%CF; Experience in D2C, e-commerce, or consumer brands preferred
%CF; Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive execution
%CF; Strong understanding of consumer behavior and trends
