This is a remote internship role for a Postdoctoral Fellow in Nursing Research. The fellow will conduct and publish high-quality research, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to ongoing projects within the foundation. Key responsibilities include developing research proposals, collecting and analyzing data, preparing manuscripts, and presenting findings at conferences. The role also involves identifying evidence-based solutions to address healthcare challenges and enhancing nursing practices.
- Strong research skills, including proposal development, data analysis, and reporting
- Experience in academic writing, manuscript preparation, and publication
- Ability to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams
- Knowledge of evidence-based nursing practices and healthcare advancements
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- PhD or equivalent degree in Nursing or a related field
- Familiarity with statistical software and research methodologies is a plus
