Management Trainee (Chartered Accountant)

Job Summary:

We are hiring a CA Fresher who has recently cleared all levels of the Chartered Accountancy course (ICAI). The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, detail-oriented, and ready to contribute to financial reporting, compliance, auditing, and taxation functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss accounts.
• Handle day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and reconciliation.
• Support in Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, and Tax Audit.
• Assist in Income Tax, GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
• Prepare and file various returns (GST, Income Tax, etc.)
• Work on bank reconciliations, vendor & customer ledger management.
• Support senior team members in financial analysis, budgeting, and MIS reporting.
• Learn and work on ERP systems / accounting software.
• Ensure timely closure of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts.

Requirements:

• Must have cleared CA Final (both groups) from ICAI.
• Articleship completed (preferred)
• Freshers who have recently qualified are welcome.
• Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, Ind AS, GST, Income Tax, and Companies Act.
• Good understanding of Tally / SAP / Busy / QuickBooks or any accounting software.
• Excellent command over MS Excel.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

CTC: 7,50,000 per annum
