Key Responsibilities
1. Content Creation & Strategy
- Develop content across multiple formats, including blogs, articles, case studies, whitepapers, website copy, landing pages, and email campaigns
- Create sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, one-pagers, and marketing collateral
- Translate complex product features and concepts into clear, compelling, and benefit-driven messaging
- Write content tailored to business decision-makers and operational leaders
- Align content with buyer personas and different stages of the marketing funnel
- Develop content around themes such as process optimization, operational efficiency, and performance improvement
- Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO best practices
- Align content with inbound marketing strategies
- Monitor and improve content performance (traffic, engagement, conversions)
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to gather insights and ensure messaging alignment
- Support campaigns with timely and relevant content
- Maintain consistency in tone, voice, and brand guidelines
- Proofread and edit content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and high quality
- Ensure all content adheres to brand standards and guidelines
- 2–6 years of experience in B2 B content writing or copywriting
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Solid understanding of content marketing and SEO fundamentals
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience writing for global audiences (especially US market)
- Familiarity with Saa S or product-based organizations
- Basic knowledge of tools such as Hub Spot, Google Analytics, or similar platforms
- Experience creating thought leadership content and Linked In posts
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Strong research and analytical thinking abilities
- Ability to simplify complex information into engaging content
