This is your chance to make work that’s noticed and remembered.\n\nThe Impact You’ll Drive\n\n•Design and develop visuals for campaigns, social content, and digital experiences\n\n•Translate creative briefs into strong concepts and design directions\n\n•Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and brand teams to build cohesive work\n\n•Lead junior designers and ensure high-quality output across formats\n\n•Collaborate effectively, support peers, and contribute to a positive work environment.\n\n•Use GenAI tools to accelerate design execution and spark fresh visual ideas\n\nWhat You Bring to the Table\n\n•3–4 years of experience in a digital-first or advertising environment\n\n•A strong portfolio with work across social, video, influencer, and display formats\n\n•Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator; After Effects is a plus)\n\n•Familiarity with GenAI tools like Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Veo 3, Synthesia, etc.\n\n•An eye for detail, love for experimentation, and the ability to work fast and smart
