We’re Hiring | Pre-Sales Manager – Real Estate (Apartments & Villas)
We are looking for a target-driven Pre-Sales Manager with strong experience in Apartments & Villas projects, new launches, lead management, and team handling.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the Pre-Sales team across ongoing & new launch projects
• Drive team KPIs including lead qualification, calling, follow-ups, site visits & conversions
• Handle HNI, NRI & investor interactions professionally
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing & Site Office teams for seamless customer experience
• Ensure strong CRM management with zero lead leakage
What We’re Looking For:
• 4–8 years of experience in Real Estate Pre-Sales / Inside Sales
• Mandatory experience in Apartments & Villas projects
• Prior team handling experience is required
• Strong communication skills in Telugu, Hindi & English
• Immediate joiners preferred
