Identifying and creating database of decision makers, influencers at target companies that may be involved in a buying decision. Running outreach campaigns using emails, calls, and LinkedIn, social media touchpoints and set up meetings for the sales team Experience in using Tools & Tech (CRM platforms) like Salesforce, HubSpot, Dialers, Outreach, ZoomInfo, sales navigator, fresh sales etc. Driving revenue targets for U.S.
market Coordinating with U.S.-based clients or stakeholders (often night shifts IST) for capability presentation, online and in person meetings. Key Skills Required : U.S. Market Understanding Familiarity with U.S.
buyer behavior, competition, holidays, time zones, knowledge of the cultural nuances of the US Region Strong command of neutral or Americanized English accent Sales analytics dashboards Self-driven candidate Performance Management Target-driven mindset (monthly/quarterly quotas) Experience with outbound/inbound campaigns
