We are the Dare Design Team, and we are looking for a highly skilled Interior Design AutoCAD Technical Leader to take the helm of our technical drafting process in India.

If you are a self-starter who lives and breathes AutoCAD and thrives when given the freedom to own your work, this is the role for you. We don't want someone who needs to be micromanaged; we want a visionary who can take a concept and flawlessly translate it into world-class technical drawings.

What You Will Do

• Lead the Technical Front: Serve as the go-to authority for all AutoCAD and technical drawing requirements for our interior design projects.
• Innovate & Elevate: Bring fresh ideas to the table. We expect you to take the initiative to streamline workflows, improve drafting techniques, and push our technical capabilities forward.
• Set the Standard: Ensure every drawing that leaves your desk strictly adheres to all Dare Design drawing and detailing standards.
• Work Autonomously: Manage your own time, prioritize your workload, and deliver impeccable results with zero need for hand-holding.
