Greetings from TCS!!!\n\nTCS Bengaluru/Indore/Pune/Mumbai/Chennai/Noida hiring for Product Development Manager !!!!!\n\nRole: Product development Manager\nExperience required: 10 to 15 years\nLocation:- Bengaluru/Indore/Pune/Mumbai/Chennai/Noida\n\nRequired technical Skillset:-\nHave strong technical and functional background and understanding of Payments products\nStrong exposure to manage the Product development work, having led the product engineer Stream on Payment Product.\nImplements process improvement initiatives and improve customer/implementation satisfaction\nCapable to handle multiple stakeholders in product Engineering group\nMust Have Skills:-\nKnowledge of above-mentioned Technologies\nWilling to learn and pilot innovations independently with minimal hand holding\nGood analytical abilities\nGood Communication skills\nAwesome team management skills\n\nRole Description:-\nPrior exposure to Customer facing roles or Prospect interactions is MUST\nIdentifies critical risks and classify their based criticality and work towards the mitigation plan\nIdentification of back up plans to mitigate or reduce or eliminate risks or reoccurrence.\nProvide review on critical dependencies on the product (both functional and technical)\nMonitor the gaps and make right escalation to stakeholders.
