Procurement / sourcing executive (2-3 yrs)

Role Objective

You will be responsible for identifying vendors, negotiating best pricing, and ensuring fast turnaround on quotations and deliveries for solar and electrical products.

Your performance directly impacts company margins and deal closures.

Key Responsibilities

Source vendors via India MART, OEMs, manufacturers Handle RFQs end-to-end (requirement → vendor comparison → final pricing) Negotiate aggressively to achieve best cost and margins Ensure same-day / fast turnaround on quotations Coordinate logistics for timely dispatch and delivery Maintain a database of verified vendors with pricing benchmarks Source non-standard / urgent requirement items within 24–48 hours Work closely with sales team for quick closures

Product Categories (Primary Focus)

Solar DC cables MC4 connectors & related connectors Balance of System (BOS) components Electrical components used in solar / EV infrastructure

Ability to quickly source new/unknown products based on RFQ is critical

Must-Have Requirements

2–3 years experience in procurement / sourcing (industrial / electrical / solar preferred) Strong experience with India MART / vendor sourcing platforms Proven ability to negotiate pricing and compare multiple vendor quotes Ability to handle multiple RFQs under tight timelines Comfortable with Excel, vendor coordination, and follow-ups

Preferred

Experience in solar industry (cables, connectors, BOS, EPC vendors) Existing network of manufacturers / distributors Understanding of pricing trends and margin optimization Fast responder (quotes within 2–6 hours max)

Compensation

Fixed: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000/month Performance Bonus: Based on cost savings / speed / deal support
