Copywriter (serialized narratives)

We’re looking for someone who’s comfortable crafting captions and long-form copy, but more importantly, hungry to master serialized storytelling.
This isn’t a traditional copywriting role. It’s for someone who thrives on continuity, audience obsession, and evolving narratives.
What you’ll actually be doing:

• Write every caption, inner monologue, story sequence, and carousel copy in distinct character voices—switching fluently without blending.
• Own the ongoing central narrative—maintain continuity, advance the story with each post.
• Pitch and develop formats like Situationship Report, Red Flag Audit, Honest Report, and Decision breakdowns.
• Track audience response to story arcs and adjust pacing—this is serialized writing, not standalone posts.

You’ll thrive here if you:

• Have 2+ years writing digital content with a strong personal voice.
• Ideally have created newsletters, Substack, or long-caption Instagram content that built a following.
• Understand modern Indian urban women from the inside—this is not a demographic brief, it is a lived experience requirement.
• Enjoy figuring things out on your own (You Tube rabbit holes = research).
• Like the idea of your job evolving constantly.

Bonus points if:

• You’ve built and sustained a personal following through writing.
• You live for audience feedback loops and story pivots.
• You’re the person who says “let me try this arc” before asking “will it land?”
