Hiring Civil & Structural Draughtsman (T1)

Experience

• 1–3 years of demonstrated experience in Civil & Structural drafting
• Solar project experience preferred; Power//PEB/Buildings/Architecture sector candidates can also apply

Core Requirement (Non-Negotiable)

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD for civil & structural drawings
• Ability to independently prepare drawings based on engineering inputs
• Understanding of GA drawings, RCC drawings, structural steel drawings, foundations, trenches, roads and drainage layouts
• Experience in handling drawing revisions and maintaining version control

Role

• Preparation of civil & structural drawings for solar and power projects
• Drafting of module mounting structure foundations, inverter stations, control rooms, trenches, roads and drainage systems
• Preparation of RCC and structural steel detailing drawings
• Update drawings based on engineering inputs and site feedback
• Maintain drawing registers and ensure documentation accuracy
• Coordinate with engineering team for timely delivery

Software

• AutoCAD (mandatory)
• Excel (basic working proficiency)

Qualification

• Diploma / ITI / B.E. in Civil or related field
