Team Leader - HRO\n\nMust-Have**\n\n• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related\nfield (or equivalent experience).\n• 10 to 14 years of experience with payroll systems, payroll\nprocessing, and/or HRIS platforms (ADP, Paychex, Deel, SAP,\nWorkday, or similar preferred)\n• Experience with ADP Global View and Celegro is a must\n• US / UK / Middle East payroll processing exposure\n• Global Payroll exp (UAE, Saudi Arabia, US, Canada, LATAM,\nEurope, UK, APAC & ASEAN Regions)\n• Processing and reviewing/analysis of end-to-end payroll to\ncompletion.\n• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; delivers\nengaging, informative, well thought out presentations\n• Analytical abilities, strong judgement and management skills,\nability to work effectively with Business, HR and IT Leaders.\n• Strong critical thinking skills\n\nGood-to-Have •Strong understanding of payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance\n\nrequirements\n\nSN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role\n1 Understanding the process, ensuring efficient incident resolution and maintaining customer\nsatisfaction by monitoring performance, balancing workloads, acting as an escalation point,\nand fostering a positive customer service culture\n2 Playing end to end QC roles and Training other members on end to end process controls\n3 Serves as the primary liaison between the teams and the customers\n4 Provides or resolves risks, issues and decisions escalated to their level\n5 Preparation of monthly SLA metrics, dashboards and other required reporting\n\nPayroll Tool Skill** ADP Celegro Tool knowledge is a must
