About the Role:
Designation : Sr. Product Manager
Experience: 6 – 8 years (Pharma PMT/Marketing)
Qualification : B. Pharma + MBA - Marketing Or Pharma Management
Therapy area : Acute and Chronic
Location: Andheri (W) , Mumbai
Industry Preference: Pharmaceutical Industry Only
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement comprehensive marketing and communication strategies for assigned brands.
Analyze sales and marketing data to support informed business decisions.
Lead product strategy development and execute new product launches within therapy area.
Prepare annual marketing plans and drive promotional initiatives for the SBU.
Address scientific queries and ensure medical accuracy across all brand communications.
Conduct regular field visits across various headquarters to gather market insights and align strategies with ground realities.
Manage, mentor, and guide team members to achieve defined business objectives.

Strong understanding of Pharma Marketing
Proven experience in brand management, analytics & market strategy
